Ralph Dewitt Brinson Obituary

Ralph (Butch) Dewitt Brinson, 72, of Kissimmee, Florida, passed away on March 27, 2016, at the Cornerstone Hospice at ORMC. He was the son of (the late) Ralph and Sara Jane Brinson of Macon Georgia and the husband of (the late) Elizabeth (Betty) Brinson, who also passed away this year, on January 31, 2016. They are survived by their daughter, Sara Elizabeth Brinson and her friend Kristin Barnett, of Kissimmee, Florida. Butch was in the U.S. Air Force, and was stationed at Otis Air Force Base in Cape Cod, Bourne, Massachusetts. After an honorable discharge from the Air Force, Butch and Betty lived in Hudson, New Hampshire, where he had a career with the Telephone Company as a lead technician, prior to his retirement and moving to Florida in 2003. He was happily employed by Walt Disney World as a Monorail Pilot. He is also survived by his sisters, Betty Jane and Diane, and was the brother of (the late) Joseph Brinson, all of Macon, Georgia, as well as several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Frances Coelho, and two sisters-in-law, Carol and Kathleen Coelho of Clermont, Florida. Butch and Betty will be laid to rest together at Mims National Cemetery in Florida.
